Fees


	Early registration fee until March 30, 2010:	200 euros (+TVA for France) 400 euros for companies (+TVA for France)
	Late registration fee until May 5, 2010:	250 euros (+TVA for France) 500 euros for companies (+TVA for France)
	Social Program (Dinner):	50 euros (+TVA for France)

Fees include: registration, proceedings, coffee breaks, lunches.

Payment can be made by cheque or automatic transfer. (Bank account details will be sent to participants by e-mail after registration). It has to include the conference fee and bank charges if any.
Payment upon arrival at the workshop will not be possible.

	Notice of cancellation must be in a email or letter to EDF :

	Cancellation fees will be charged and deducted from the refund according to this calendar:

	Before April 30, 2010:	100% refund
	Between April 30 and May 27, 2010:	50% refund
	After May 27, 2010:	no refund

In case of workshop cancellation, the EDF will be limited to a refund of the workshop registration fee only.
